I’ve traveled a lot in my life. I’ve seen things and places most people can only dream about.
I was born in Turin. At 18/19 I moved to Rome, and then I packed my whole life into a suitcase to sail the seas.
But even that wasn’t enough. So I left Italy behind and moved to France, partly for work, and partly because two brown eyes had already stolen my heart.
I was happy and fulfilled… until I saw that little + on the pregnancy test. I was surprised, even though deep down a part of me already knew she was there.
Now I know that carrying her is the most extraordinary journey of my whole life.
I can’t wait to finally meet this little girl. She is already so deeply loved.

(ok, in the first picture I feel like a Greek goddess… no big deal! I’d love to keep this feeling even if the scale is telling me otherwise 🐳)

Quello che mi ha sorpreso di più della gravidanza è stata la libertà che si prendono tutti a parlarti del tuo corpo e di come/cosa devi fare
Sono alla fine dell’ottavo mese e queste sono le parole che mi hanno rattristato di più
Ditemi voi se me ne sono dimenticata qualcuna!

Questa, la più gettonata.
In quanto ballerina, si sono sempre arrogati il diritto di giudicare il mio fisico, come se a me toccasse meno. Soprattutto nel periodo subito precedente la gravidanza, non c’era nessun problema a dirmi quanto fossi dimagrita e quanto facessi impressione.
Ora, al contrario, non devo prendere troppo peso altrimenti poi avrò difficoltà a perderlo.
Però nessuno mi ha chiesto come la stessi vivendo e se mi sentissi bene nel mio corpo col suo cambiamento
Spoiler: si, mi sento benissimo e non mi spaventa il post parto né il recupero!

Prima di accorgermi di essere incinta avevo già fatto 5 spettacoli, più tutti i miei allenamenti e, in aggiunta, un trasloco.
I miei esami sono ottimi, bebè ha allacciato le cinture e sta bene, non vedo perché fare terrorismo psicologico…
Sapete che lo stress fa molto peggio alla mamma rispetto a 30 minuti di pilates adattato alla gravidanza?

Certo, come se potessimo accumulare le ore di sonno.
Comunque dormire non è proprio la cosa più semplice in gravidanza: rotoli nel letto come un kebab, sudi anche l’acqua del battesimo, ti alzi a fare pipì ogni ora e senza dimenticare l’insonnia
Quindi sì, come no! Dormo ora!

Ok e se la piccola si vomita addosso, ha delle perdite di pipì o peggio, per 2/3 giorni consecutivi, cosa faccio? La faccio uscire solo col pannolino in pieno novembre?
L’unico che può frenarmi un po’ è mio marito visto che parliamo delle nostre finanze.

Questa mi dona sempre una tristezza immensa.
Come se una donna, una volta diventata mamma, smettesse di essere donna.

Ok la scaramanzia, ma visto che è la mia gravidanza, posso annunciarla un po’ quando voglio e a chi voglio?
Anche perché non si è mai sicuri al 100% fino all’ultimo, almeno so che ho qualcuno accanto che mi supporta anche qualora qualcosa andas by @chiaraboetti

Après avoir fait 15 spectacles avec toi, c’est l’heure de poser temporairement les plumes et les talons.
