sometimes it fucking sucks

best weather, prime conditions -
three days in bed.

women in sports - no actually all women ..
we miss out on doing what we love one third of the time. every month.

the days before and after? also for nothing.

more fear, less energy, more frustration, and everything from balance to coordination just completely off.
and oh when you fall ? that shit hurts so much more than usual !?

periods are different for everyone and there‘s women that have it a lot worse in many aspects.

I‘m grateful for the miracle that is a cycle, and insanely privileged to be moaning only about this.

but wow is it frustrating.

don‘t even get me started on the comparison betwen men and women in sports now ..
