“Something that should give you comfort and peace concerning Grandpaw is that you have really honoured his life. With that beautiful canvas, your drawing, all of your little poems and odes to him, your pictures and videos and songs. You have marked his life, his short time here on earth as being significant and not forgotten. You couldn’t do anything about his passing, but you have made his life significant. I think this puts some wonderful healing energy into the cosmos ❤️”

@peta your mission statement:
“People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals. PETA operates under the simple principle that animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, or use for entertainment.” But apparently Pit Bulls don’t count so that’s why PETA has chosen to support BSL??? Why don’t you educate rather than discriminate!!! Repost: @arnoldstaffzenegger
Exterminating a breed because of its looks is not ethical.
Judging on APPEARANCE and not behaviour is NOT animal welfare.
Banning all pit bulls because some suffer is NOT Animal Rights.
❗️Shame on you PETA❗️
#PittiesAgainstPETA #endBSL #DontBullyMyBreed
If you love pit bull type dogs like Arnold, please spread the word and this hashtag to show that you don’t support PETA’s wish to eliminate dogs like him ❤️ let’s share all the positive things about these wonderful dogs and change public perception.

We recently found out that @peta supports BSL and sent a letter to the british parliament asking them to add more breeds to their list of “dangerous” dogs. They defend this by saying since so many pit bulls suffer, its best to ban them for their own protection. They think a dead pit bull is better than a homeless one. What they fail to consider is all the pit bull type dogs, like Arnold, who have loving homes. BSL affects them too!!!!... taken in Vancouver, British Columbia by @chicinvancity
