Recommend all of these! Low to No Spice! All standalones and 1 duology.

Between Tides and Thunder by Leena Kazak is definitely my favorite read so far! Brave and feisty FMC and an honorable (though flawed) MMC. 5/5 for sure! Left me with all the feels! I'm definitely buying a copy for my personal library and reading Between Sky and Sea (the MMC's POV)!

Half a Soul by Olivia Atwater has a quirky FMC that gives it to you straight! Set in Regency England. Funny with heart. 4/5

A Song to Drown Rivers by Ann Liang felt just like watching an old Chinese drama. I wasn't entirely sold on the romance, but still a good read. 3.5/5

The Courting of Bristol Keats + The Last Wish of Bristol Keats. Such a fun adventure with a strong FMC trying to provide for her sisters and understand what happened to her father. 4.25/5
