Literally no serendipitous occurrence than a Celebration Day on the same day of the anni of my buying my house 6 years ago. Celebrating all day with my buddies and then my mom and cat makes for a pretty special day. Grateful for the people in my corner! by @chickenkurri

In a tragic turn of events, we have lost the strong and mighty Jester unexpectedly last week. Jester was a force to be reckoned with—sometimes. Big personality, big heart. She liked her independent time but she always slept at the end of the bed, was likely to be close always, and she had quite a few moments where she knew I was about to leave for work and wanted to cuddle in my lap and get scritches. I always thought “I won’t be able to do this forever so I should do it now”. I didn’t realize our time would be cut so short but im really happy I always stayed the extra couple minutes with her in my lap. I will miss her forever. She was a forever kitten with her playful personality and knew the finer things in life: having fun and good food. Such a loud purr-er too.

Pictures you wish you could smell. ✨

I went out west for this incredibly special time of year when hop harvest happens. It is the busiest time for industry folk out there with farmers and brewery employees welcoming outside industry folk for hop selection, fresh hop collabs, the actual harvest, and everything else in between.

This post is just featuring beautiful, freshly harvested hops and the farms I was lucky enough to get tours of. It is absolutely insane how much work is packed into just a few weeks.

I felt incredibly lucky to be there and special thanks to @jreinhold206 , @asaptroya , and Timarillo for making this dream come true!

I got to go to a swamp for my 33rd birthday and it was all I could have hoped for! 🥰

Visiting Green Swamp Preserve during the carnivorous plants flowering has been on the bucket list for a few years, and this year was the year to make it happen. Seeing these native plants in their happy lil habitat was nuts. Would recommend. 🌸

Thank you to Charlie for bearing the weather and for a lovely unexpected beach trip. Finished off the day seeing my parents and brother and sister in law which was perfect. 🫶
