Got more dark and dirty business coming at you Friday!! May 1st another Chick Iverson banger goes public. Super stoked to unleash this one: flavors of Acid, dark techno and peak hour tech house all wrapped into one. Massive up to @boxoftraxmusic for having me out on a solo venture! I’m working on more music and more content and this vibe of music has really spoken to me lately. In the age of AI bullshit I feel like it takes even more time and attention to detail to make something that really speaks to me…hopefully this is that for you too! NON-April-Fools-post! It’s been a long time since I’ve released anything other than remixes/collabs. 7 years…boy time sure flies! I worked on a lot of not-chick iverson music, and quite a lot of not-dance music, but for the life of me I just can’t get away from my original love: making dirty shlaggy techno/house beats that make you want to go ham in the dark. And we’ve got a full circle one here! @boxofcatsmusic was among the first labels to say yes to my music way back in 2016. So now…10 freaking years later…that they are welcoming me back onto the scene on a compilation of really good tracks is truly an honor. We also have another single release cooked up and coming in may on @boxoftraxmusic and I’m suuuuper stoked to unleash that one as well <3 NGL, I’ve been pretty nervous/anxious about getting back on the public promo side of things, but here we go for the band aid rip! We could not be more excited for this release on @domeofdoom ! This double single record features ZOF x Chick Iverson’s long awaited track - Zoe 303, and ZOF’s sexy b-side single - Thought You Oughta Know The leading track, Zoe 303, has been a secret weapon in my sets for YEARS now and it’s finally here! And even more exciting is this collab with @chickiverson is kicking off his return to the producer world! Nick is one of my oldest bestest friends and one of the most talented producers I know. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am now without his guidance and encouragement when I first started learning to produce and play shows. He’s a fuckin legend and he’s BACK!! The second track, Thought You Oughta Know, is probably my naughtiest track ever 😏 I honestly thought I might never release it, but it’s too good not to share. So uhhhh, wassup world? It’s been a few years. I may or may not have claimed to be done and over with Chick Iverson, but I guess I am a dirty stinking liar! And boy, this track with @zofdj coming out on @domeofdoom sure has been done and DJd a few times since it was finished like 3 years ago, so that it is now FINALLY going to see daylight is very exciting :D So yeah, fuckin stream our shit on Friday and like, dj it in front of people cause it goes really hard? More new Chick Iverson music on the horizon as well, some already signed, some needing homes 👀👀 by @chickiverson

Cat's outta the.... box? Upcoming @boxofcatsmusic EP is finna be lit! So stoked to let these two puppies go.
