The hardest ones happen in your own mind—where fear, doubt, and worry try to convince you to give up before tomorrow even arrives.

I’ve learned something the hard way:

“Worry does not take away tomorrow’s troubles. It takes away today’s peace.”

So today, I’m choosing peace.

Not because life is easy.
Not because I have all the answers.
But because I’ve survived enough to know that most of the things I worried about never happened the way I imagined.

The location isn't as significant as the substance inside of you. No matter where you go you are who you are. No matter how much shine you buff on a shit turd it's still a shit turd. We as the Men of Honor are on a mission to squeeze out all aspects of fraudulent tendencies or character glitches.

I walked out with nothing but lessons… and people who never left my side. 💯

When I was down, broken, and drained — they still believed in me. The feds didn’t break me… my own choices did. I chose the streets. I chose selfishness. And it led to a lonely, empty life.

But Allah gave me another chance. 🙏

Now I’m rebuilding everything — my relationships, my mindset, my soul. One step at a time. I’m not who I used to be. I’m disciplined, emotionally grounded, and hungry for a better life.

Shoutout to my mother — a real fighter. I know I put her through it, and I’m forever grateful for her strength and love.

This is my comeback story. No more shortcuts. No more excuses. Just growth, purpose, and progress.

Follow my journey as I turn pain into power and show you what rebuilding really looks like.

Man, if you know, you KNOW! 😂 Those BOP RDAP room inspections were something else! Making sure your bed was tight, your locker was squared away, and everything was inspection-ready. One little thing out of place and your whole morning could go sideways. 😂

But looking back, those memories remind me just how much I have to be grateful for today.

You might not be exactly where you want to be in life, but be thankful you’re not where you used to be. 🙏🏽

Every morning you wake up with freedom, you have another opportunity to make a decision. Are you going to take another step toward your goals, or are you going to let your past pull you backward?

Your past doesn’t have to define your future. But your daily decisions will determine where you end up.

Work hard. Stay disciplined. Remain humble. And never forget where you came from.

Somebody in the BOP right now is praying for the same opportunities you woke up with this morning.

Don’t take that for granted. 💯

Day 115 on home confinement.

Nothing crazy today. Just handled a few errands, came home, got myself situated, and now I’m getting ready for tomorrow.

Back to work. Back to the hustle. Back to the grind.

Some days aren’t about making some huge move. Sometimes it’s just handling your responsibilities, staying focused, and preparing for the next day.

But one thing I don’t take for granted — I’ve been out for 6 months now

Yeah, I’m still on home confinement. Yeah, I still have restrictions. But I’d rather spend Day 115 right here rebuilding my life than spend another day inside the BOP.

Every day out here is another opportunity to get better, build something, and keep moving forward.

115 days down. One day at a time. 🙏🏽

Yesterday I took myself out. 🏎️💨

Went to Andretti’s in Grand Prairie and finally got on some go-karts—something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time.

Right now, my time is limited and there’s still a lot I can’t do. I’m still getting acclimated to society and learning how to enjoy life again, even if that means going places by myself.

But that’s part of the journey.

I’m learning that I don’t always have to wait on somebody else to enjoy myself. Sometimes you gotta take yourself out, experience something new, laugh, have fun and just appreciate the fact that you’re able to be there.

Yesterday was simple…but it meant a lot to me.

One experience at a time. One day at a time. Still rebuilding. 💯
