1. Not thinking about the experience of your attendees
Your attendees are the heart of the event. So, as you plan, you need to keep their experience in mind.

2. Not confirming with vendors.
You need to get written confirmation at least a day or two before the event of everything you planned and discussed.

3. Trying to do everything yourself.
Make sure you have enough staff on hand to help work through tasks, bounce ideas off, and jump in when needed.

Thinking of throwing an event? Contact us to help take your event to the next level.

Details matter. Whether it's in art, work, or life, paying attention to the little things can make all the difference for an event.
