A little rant about staying consistent. Consistency is the key to grow in social media but sometimes life priorities win the race. For now I’ll just post when I can and hope ya’ll are still here at in the end 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Doing my makeup & talking about how I’m finally starting my UGC journey ✨

This year I’m choosing to focus less on follower count and more on consistency, engagement, and building a community. I’m a mom, I’m going back to school for my master’s degree, and I have so many goals I want to chase… even if it feels overwhelming sometimes 🤍

At the end of the day, you only live once. If it fails, it fails — but at least I can say I tried.

Also creators… drop your favorite UGC apps, tips, and advice because I’m learning as I go 🫶

I finally got to try The Collagen Co’s Glow Shake in Cookies & Cream Milkshake, and I’m pleasantly surprised. As someone who’s constantly balancing mom life, content creation, work, and everything in between, I love finding quick and convenient ways to support my wellness routine.

This shake contains collagen peptides, protein, vitamins, and minerals—all in one delicious cookies & cream flavored shake. 🤍

If you’ve been looking for an easy way to add more protein and collagen into your day, this might be one to check out!

✨ Use my code THANIA10 to save on your order.

Have you ever tried a collagen meal replacement shake? Let me know below! 👇

What I wore to move my body this week 🤍✨
No matching sets every day, no perfect routine… just showing up for myself one workout at a time. Which fit was your favorite? 👀🏋🏽‍♀️
