A father’s legacy: Can a husband fill his shoes?

When you live a life worth celebrating, those who are left must celebrate you. A father is not just a dad to one but a figure to many.

In marriage we must unite our beliefs with our partners in efforts to cover our realities with the world. Love is the motivating factor. A husband must lead the pack when the torch is left in his hands.

What happens when you “Lose a Father and gain a Husband? The husband is tasked now to not only mourn the passing of an In-Law but truly step in as the now leader of generations to come.

We are talking about roles and how important the Vows are when the father of the bride transitions and leaves you with his most precious gift…His daughter your wife!

Sometimes I write letters to Love because I believe in its authenticity and power, it’s kinda like writing a letter to Santa. I still truly believe in both. Both in Love and the art of writing to it.

Belief is present when only doubt is presented to us. Love is what we should know.
