Fresh pizza is always better with fresh flour. We’re now proudly serving @admiralmaltings locally milled flour and highlighting the magic that California wheat has to offer. Freshly milled for us, and packed with nutrients, we get a depth of flavor and texture only available from this level of freshness.

Known for providing some of the best craft beer malt in the state, @admiralmaltings has now expanded into milling wheat and approaching it with the same philosophy: keeping things local, fresher, and independent. We’re beyond excited to see where their journey takes them! by @chidospizza

A light, fresh, umami bomb for the summer heat🌞

Miso, garlic confit, shaved zucchini, fontina, fresh mozzarella, red onion, basil, Calabrian chili oil, and toasted sesame seeds. Welcome, La Doña Pizza. by @chidospizza

This lager is an absolute crusher, brewed in collaboration with our pals at @altbrau and @chidospizza. With a combination of malted blue, corn and local malted barley, we brewed a mystifyingly light-bodied yet complex dark lager. Easy-drinking with notes of fresh bread, baking chocolate, and toasted corn.

We used a step mash process, combining Weyermann German malt and @admiralmaltings Californian floor malt with Malted Blue Corn from @rootshootmalting . Noble German hops were added in the boil, lending earthy, herbal, and floral notes. After lagering for about four weeks, this beer has little to no biofine. An outstanding choice for any lager lover, it pairs exceptionally well with any style of Latino food.

We’re kicking off SF Beer Week 2026 with Chelas y Rolas. This event will feature the debut of three awesome new Temescal beers, vinyl DJs spinning cumbia jams, and introduce Chidos Pizza to the East Bay. Just for this event, we brewed a really cool collaboration beer with @chidospizza and @altbrau called We Gotta Know, a Dark Mexican lager made with blue corn. Stay tuned for more info on the beer later this week!

Chidos masterfully merges traditional Italian pizza styles with the vibrant flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine. Setting the mood for the evening will be different vinyl DJ’s spinning live cumbia and Latin-inspired rolas.

The event is FREE for all this Friday, Feb 20 from 4p-930p. by @chidospizza

TINGA PIZZA🇲🇽

All the depth and smokiness you’d find in traditional Mexican tinga, but captured in an unsuspecting mushroom chipotle adobo bolognese. Topped with fresh mozz, shredded Queso Oaxaca, fennel sausage, and fresh tarragon, we’re still getting our classic shroom and sausage mix, but with homey Mexican twist! by @chidospizza

stoked on the new pizzas🔥

We can’t thank our dear homie @ejb09 enough for rolling through and getting these expert glamour shots of us with the new menu! Whether you’re craving a hearty potato pie that’ll warm you right up, fresh winter veggies, or a quirky take on a Mexican adobo classic, these new specials are full of surprises👀

Thank you again for all the support yall! Échale ganas! by @chidospizza

switching things up, new specials👀

Starting 11/12, our specials are changing! Only offering three gives us tons of room to experiment, and we’re pretty stoked on this seasonal line up🫡

TINGA: a riff on Mexican chicken tinga, but with braised mushrooms in a bed of chipotle adobo sauce and Dinapoli tomatoes. Smoky, tangy, balanced

DELILAH: squash is damn good on pizza, and there needs to be more of it. Featuring a calabrian chili pureé, chopped lemony kale, fresh mozz, and freshly grated romano. It’s fresh, light, and filling

POBLANO: we tryna bring sexy pesto back with this one. Layered with a roasted poblano and basil pesto, sliced yukon golds, smoked bacon, fontina, lemon ricotta, and chives by @chidospizza
