Photoshoot prep ✅🤝 @chief_okoro 🔥

Around 18 weeks total work here with the first 8 being spent in a calorie surplus, growing, improving and getting to a point where he can start a prep!

Weight difference? Around 4KG heavier on the right!

10 weeks out we started cutting for a photoshoot with the GOAT @shaunbarryphotography 👊

Top work put in from Ashley! Plenty of tough dieting days, high carbs, low carbs, cardio was never to crazy thankfully. Starting in a leaner position made that possible!

Now it’s time to grow for Ashley! @teambuilt__
