First Ironman 70.3 in the books! 🤘🏾

Storms canceled the swim, but we still had 56 miles on the bike + 13.1 on foot. The hard part anyway 😂

@shamacycle tri suit was getting compliments all day too 🔥

Jumping on this trend before y’all play it OUT. 😂🏃🏾‍♂️
Me and my wife had to do it for the run culture.

J. Cole really is one of them ones. The talent, the storytelling, the catalog… The Fall-Off Tour was a SHOW. 🔥

Much love and credit to @damienJalet, the original choreographer behind this incredible movement. 🙏🏽

This is for the run culture. 🏃🏽‍♂️

If these videos make one more person lace up, get outside, and go chase some miles, we’re doing our job.

Last night I was editing while walking through the mall and sitting in waiting rooms while my wife tried on dresses.

Laptop goes everywhere with me.

I genuinely enjoy what I do, so it never really feels like work. If I have some downtime, I’m probably editing.

And that’s exactly why I stay booked. 🎥💻 @bookpreston #nanstudios by @chiefdoodle
