The work doesn’t stop.

One thing I’ve learned from training athletes: talent gets noticed, but consistency gets results.

The athletes who improve the most aren’t always the fastest or strongest. They’re the ones willing to show up, focus on the details, and put in the work day after day.

Progress is earned, not given.
