Simple leg segment from my Sunday full-body routine. 🦵🏾

I’m officially trying to get back into posting myself working out, but honestly, it’s not easy. Finding the right angle takes forever, and recording yourself at the gym is hella awkward lol.

How do all these gym creators make it look so effortless?!

Anyway, here’s what I did:

* Single-leg deadlifts — 2 × 12 each side
* Smith machine Romanian deadlifts — 4 × 12
* 1.5-rep leg extensions — 3 × 12
* Hip adductions
* Core complex

One thing I notice in the gym is that women often don’t push themselves enough. They only do light weights, tell themselves they are not strong enough and are scared to go heavy.

I am here to tell you that you should put that weight on! Do that one more rep! You can do more than you think!

Compound vs Isolation exercises: know the difference.

Compound exercises: work multiple muscles groups -> good for strength and muscle building

Isolation exercises:
work isolated muscle groups -> good for warm up, muscle activation and muscle building

I started fitness coaching because strength training made me fall in love with my body, develop confidence and strength. That’s what I want to now share with other women.
