'Trinkets' EP OUT NOW

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

💍 ‘Trinkets’ has officially landed !

This downtempo/jazzy hip hop influenced collaboration EP is a seamless blend of Luca Musto’s unparalleled production finesse and Child May’s instrumental and harmonic prowess.

Based in Berlin and Cologne respectively, both have joined forces a while ago under an independent banner of Rare Affair to deliver an auditory experience that transcends genres and captivates a modern cutting-edge fusion of six tracks in total, to be released as their full EP “Trinkets” now. by @childmay__

🪐 ‘Trabant’ - airing now !

And all of a sudden, the bassline kicks in. This feeling maybe best encapsulates this final single release by Luca Musto and Child May, taken from their upcoming, six-track EP “Trinkets”.

Proving once again their ability to create music that transcends traditional boundaries, they set a drum intense and idm-influenced song into pace - covering tender, yet exciting sonic layers as avant-garde aspects of minimal music meet groove-heavy electronic beats. by @childmay__

Second track from collabo with @luca_musto out todaayyy🪻 -
'Whizz Kid' is a drifty bass line that sticks to one's guns, taking center stage, melting into an impuslive groove - ready to be paired with funky slaps. Contrasting dreamy delay shimmers make sure to take you deeper underground, forcing you into its collaborative fusion. 🪩💅
