A special Hispanic Heritage Month celebration! This week, our team members joined together to host a game of Lotería, broadcast to patient rooms along with the Seacrest Studios team. Through hosting, the teams brought fun, community and an opportunity to learn about the Hispanic culture through play.

Thank you to our teams who collaborate to provide joy-filled opportunities to our patients and families! 🎈 The image shows three people standing together in front of a wall covered with various posters and photos. They are smiling and wearing casual clothing. There is a green screen and a bingo cage to the side. by @childrens

"She doesn’t let anyone tell her what she can’t do, and she blows my mind with what she’s capable of.”

Delilah had 20 surgeries before her fourth birthday, and doctors said she may never walk. Today? She’s scaling rock walls, taking Taekwondo with her prosthetic leg and making friends wherever she goes! ✨

Visit the link in our bio to read Delilah’s inspiring story. A baby wearing a leopard-print headband and a black onesie with the text "Crawl, Walk, Run the World" lies on a cushioned surface. A text bubble reads, "Delilah was born with a rare condition that affected her mobility." by @childrens

After being told he might need multiple surgeries and a metal plate in his head, Jace came to Children’s Health for a second opinion.

What followed was a different path forward and the support of an entire team, including facility dogs Rex and Maze. 🐾
