Meet my new doubles partner! 🎾😂

Went to watch the Doc10 Film Festival (@wearecmp)premiere of “GIVE ME THE BALL!”, a new Espn 30for30 documentary about tennis legend @billiejeanking, and we all got a surprise appearance by the legend herself. She joined a panel discussion with the directors Liz Garbus & Elizabeth Wolff and Chicago Stars Owner, Laura Ricketts.

I got the privilege to meet her afterward and after I told her how much I loved her, she gave me a hug.

BJK has always been more than a tennis legend. She changed the game not just for women’s tennis, but for all of women’s sports. Everything from equal pay to visibility to opportunity, she has been at the center of that fight and she is still pushing it forward today. I’ve known her story but watching this documentary, you really got to know her genuine personality and fall in love with her.

Two nights, two unforgettable theater experiences at @broadwayinchicago and @lookingglasstheatre.

As a first-time viewer of The Great Gatsby musical, I was thoroughly entertained by the music and choreography. Special shout-out to Fil-Afghan actress, @senzelahmady, for her outstanding performance as Daisy.

White Rooster was a delightful surprise, with its imaginative set design, projections, and puppetry. The actors' impeccable comedic timing had me laughing out loud.

I highly recommend going to see both productions.

No better way to spend International Women’s Day than playing Padel with a wonderful group pf women! Thanks @union.padel.club for hosting an event to celebrate us!

If you love racket sports and haven’t tried Padel, give it a go but be forewarned you may get instantly addicted!

One year ago today, Owen & I drove 6 hours both ways to pick up the new puppy we put a deposit on but ended up going home with her sister. When we arrived, the one we were supposed to get didn’t give us the time of day but this little girl immediately came up to us and sat down! They do always say they choose you.

Today would have been 74. Though you’re no longer with us, your birthday and the holidays remind me of all the beautiful moments we shared. I’d give anything for another celebration together.
