Don’t mind me, I’m just out here working harder than you 🤷‍♂️💪 by @chill1980
For those that have followed my journey…..I’m still in the gym, still eating clean, and still getting stronger every day. I am down 128 lbs from where I started and I’m slowly but surely gaining muscle. I am done watching the scale, now I’m just watching the mirror and trying to fill out 💪 by @chill1980
Progress report. Still grinding 💪 #transformation #weightlossjouney #discipline #consistencywins by @chill1980
Update: Still not missing a day at the gym 💪 by @chill1980
✍️ I’m officially a published author!! My memoir “The Weight That Built Me” is now live on Amazon! This book is raw. It’s real. It’s my story. For anyone who’s ever had to carry more than they should have… and kept going anyway. I wrote this for the ones who’ve been knocked down but never stayed there. I wrote it for my kids. For the ones I’ve lost. For the version of me who didn’t know if he’d ever make it out. I started this a while back as a way to unwind at night. Instead of journaling I started writing about my life, from the beginning and it organically developed into a memoir. It is finally finished and available. If you know me at all, I hope you’ll give it a read, share it, and leave a review 🙏 #TheWeightThatBuiltMe #Resilience #BreakTheCycle #HealingJourney #FromTheAshes #LifeLessons #FatherhoodUnplugged #SingleDad #StrongDads #ForMyKids #ParentingWithPurpose #LegacyBuilding #EmotionalGrowth #KeepGoing #RiseAndRebuild #RealLifeStory #TrueStory #HonestWriting #Memoir #EverydayHeroes #DadLife #FathersAndSons #GrowthMindset #AuthenticVoice #SelfPublishedAuthor #BooksThatMatter #NewBookAlert #IndieAuthor #MustRead #storythatstays Link to my book is in my bio by @chill1980
I used to live selfishly. Now I’m rebuilding my health — not just for me, but for my kids. Especially my youngest, who may always need me. I’m not chasing vanity. I’m chasing more years beside them. #fathersmatter #autismdad #mensmentalhealth #dadlife #keepgoing #theweightthatbuiltme by @chill1980
I don’t care what the world expects from him. I just want him to feel safe, free, and loved — exactly as he is. That’s the kind of dad I promised I’d be. #dadlife #autismdad #singledad #reallove #myreason by @chill1980
If it’s hard that means it worth it! If you want to be better you have to do better! #theweightthatbuiltme #fitnessover40 #rebuildmode #mensmentalhealth #keepshowingup #menover40 #morninggrind by @chill1980
Didn’t wanna get up. I did it anyway. That’s the difference. #keepshowingup #rebuildmode #dadlife #mensmentalhealth #theweightthatbuiltme by @chill1980
This is what rebuilding looks like. I used to see a quitter in the mirror. Someone who let the weight win. But now I see a fighter. A father. A man in the middle of becoming. I’m not here for likes or applause. I’m here because I made a promise to myself… That i wouldn’t die with potential still inside me. This is for my son. For my family. And I get to be when I finally finish what I started. #theweightthatbuiltme #mensmentalhealth #fitnessover40 #fatherswholift #nomoreexcuses more by @chill1980
This is for the men still carrying it all in silence. This is the weight that built me. #TheWeightThatBuiltMe #mensmentalhealth #singledadstrong #fitnessover40 #builtbypain by @chill1980
