Last week, @mind.set.engage kindly sent the BOPRU team a mental well-being box in honour of mental health awareness week 💙💛

Our team took a mid day well-being walk down to one of the local beach cafe’s and decided it was the perfect time to unbox the goodies and ask each other a few questions from the Kōrero Cards.

Mental health shouldn’t just have one week dedicated to raising awareness around it, so make sure you ask your family, mates and work mates a few genuine questions a little more often to make sure they’re doing okay! 🫶 by @chillsocials
