Just found this old mini clip from September 2008 on an old USB stick.

The one and only DJ AM during soundcheck at 3001 in Düsseldorf.

Gone too soon. 🖤

Some nights I’m not djing — I’m watching, moving, capturing.
Following @dj_mk_lopez & crack-t (@ching_zen) through the crowd at the @nodiggityparty at @kaufleutenclub.

No booth, no pressure — just energy, moments and real connections.
Faces, sweat, smiles, hands in the air.
This is the club from inside, not from the outside.

If I’m not creating the vibe, I’m capturing it.

I just want to dedicate another post to the most talented guy I personally know. Mind you, this was way back in 2009.

@dj_rafik chops up the „Block Rockin‘ Beats“ sample from the Chemical Brothers, triggering individual cue points to completely restructure the lick in his own unique style.

Still one of the most impressive performances I’ve ever seen! by @ching_zeng
