Clinching 👊

“multiple-on-one” clinch session, where the fighters who have upcoming fights have to get in the middle and be worked over by several teammates. Most fighters know very well how exhausting it can be when you’re the one getting surrounded and clinched 😅

But this type of training is very beneficial for fighters. It helps build strength, endurance, and prepares the body for a real fight, so when you step into the ring, you’re less likely to run out of energy.

Clinch training is a very important part of Muay Thai. The more you clinch, the stronger and more conditioned you become.

“Better to be exhausted in the gym than exhausted in the ring.” 🥊

Train hard and be prepared, because once you’re in the ring, no one can help you.

That’s the life of a fighter. 👊🥊 taken in SRG Thai Boxing Gym Yokkao Training Centre by @chingmuaythaisydney

“Don’t blink.” 😮

This fight is still one of my unforgettable memories. Looking back to that day at Real Hero Promotion, sharing the ring with @gary_patterson0512 — a tough and talented fighter with a powerful left hook. 🥊💥

Much respect, Gary. 🙏🥊 taken in SRG Thai Boxing Gym Yokkao Training Centre by @chingmuaythaisydney
