What a way to enter 40!

London → Ibiza → Malta
Three incredible places, crazy nights, beautiful days and memories for a lifetime.

But the real magic? My people.

🇬🇧 London my forever love.

@honeybajaj my bindaas power girl who turned one phone call into shopping, chatter and late-night madness and best parties in London

@trishamehan the sweetest shining star, our navigator, foodie partner and absolute diva on the dance floor. This girl is all heart.

Anirudh & Apoorva you made London even more special.

🇪🇸 Ibiza where nobody sleeps!

I went for my 30th and almost didn’t go back for 40. THANK GOD I DID! Beaches, yachts, music, dancing and my favourite people absolute perfection.

@prashanth.rao.9 Everybody needs an Anniiiii in their life.He is the kind of person who only sees the best in you. The kind who will stand by you, cheer for you and show up for you properly show up.If he loves you, he will do ANYTHING for you.

@pratimapatri my soul sister, my forever person. There are very few people in this world who truly get you.she gets me.She is the person who will never say no to me. The person who is fiercely loyal, fiercely protective and absolutely hardcore about the people she loves.

@satheeshnair the surprise package! A new friend with an infectious energy. And this rare star decided to come join the madness and celebrate with us and boy, did he make us happy! We missed his beautiful wife my Judwa.

🇲🇹 Malta from party island to absolute heaven.
And somewhere between Ibiza and Malta, I realised this wasn’t just a birthday trip…

It was a celebration of my life.

And all thanks to Andy boy. The man behind it all. Every year he makes my birthday special, but 40 was EXTRAORDINARY. In all these years he has taught me to live life king size see more, experience more, live more. He has all my heart.

And my amma my biggest supporter, my strongest pillar and the reason I can dream, live and thrive the way I do.

So here’s to 40. To the places, the parties, the laughter, the madness…But most importantly, to the people who made it unforgettable.

Ever since Aaki found out about the @papagoyaeducation Flea Market at @sabhablr on 22nd August, she hasn’t stopped thinking about what she wanted to sell.

She came home bursting with excitement: “Mamma, I will make perfume!” And then came the next question “Please help me set this up.”

She had already thought of the name and the flavours: Scenty Pops. She said, “Let’s watch videos on how to make perfume!” Luckily, I had learnt how to make perfumes during a session in my college days, so we got started.

But what amazed me most was how involved she was in every little detail. She wanted the perfumes to look as exciting as they smelled dried oranges for Orange Pop, strawberry powder for Strawberry Pop and dried mogra for Mogra Pop. Her ideas, curiosity and creativity honestly stunned me.

And somehow, we made her little vision come to life.

This Saturday, she gets to showcase Scenty Pops at Sabha. More than just selling perfumes, I’m so happy she gets to experience what it feels like to imagine something, create it, put it out there and see people enjoy it.

Come buy a little Scenty Pop and encourage these little entrepreneurs! Every Papagoya kid has put so much thought, effort and love into planning their own little businesses, and they would absolutely love your support.

Come cheer them on this Saturday!

And just like that my aaki is now a big girl. Last day we waved goodbye to kindergarten. I felt teary eyed seeing aaki sad wishing #all her favourite teachers goodbye. Can’t believe aaki will be in first standard….

We love you @papagoyaeducation
