My name is Jaxie Watts, and I’m so excited to be running for Homecoming Queen at Valdosta State University, proudly sponsored by my sisters of Chi Omega!
I’m a senior from Austin, Texas, studying English with plans to attend law school. My time at VSU has been such a special part of my journey, and I’m so grateful for the friendships, memories, and experiences that have shaped my college years.
I’m running for Homecoming Queen because I’m proud to be a Blazer and would love to celebrate the school, community, and people who have made VSU feel like home. Moving states away from home and starting over somewhere new wasn’t always easy, but Chi Omega and the Blazer community made Valdosta feel like home faster than I ever imagined. Being part of this experience during my senior year means so much to me!

Hey Blazers!! My name is Mallory Poole and I am beyond excited to announce I am running for Junior Homecoming Princess 2026✨👑

I can not believe I am in my third year at Valdosta State University. I have grown so much as a person and a student. The faculty, staff, and students here at VSU most definitely make the place. I have found a place to have as my own and learn from the incredible people around me.

For my campaign, I am being sponsored by the Psi Lambda chapter of Chi Omega Fraternity!! I am beyond blessed to serve on the Executive Board as the Director of Programming and I get to work closely with my cabinet to bring all of the events to life that you see on and off campus!! I have previously served as the Community Service Director and the Campus Activity Director.

I am extremely proud to be a Blazer and I am so happy to be able to share the love I have for the university itself, as well as my chapter here on campus.

Voting will take place on October 21st from 12 AM-11:59 PM and I would greatly appreciate your vote!!

Hey Blazers!! ❤️‍🔥 My name is Ava Rousseau, and I am SO excited to announce that I am running for Sophomore Homecoming Princess 2026!!

I genuinely cannot believe I am already in my sophomore year at Valdosta State University! VSU has become so much more than just a school to me. Being so far from home, VSU has truly become my home away from home, and I am so grateful for all of the amazing people, memories, and opportunities this university has given me. I have grown so much since coming here, and I am so thankful to be part of a community that has made such a big impact on my life.

We had the best time welcoming our alumni back for a night of dinner, games, and catching up! We are so thankful for all of the sisters who have made Chi Omega what it is today and loved getting to celebrate with them!

Our first PC ‘26 #whychiowednesday with @jaydenleigh_18 and @kaleighm.156 ☺️🩵

“I joined Chi O because from the very beginning I never felt any anxiety or out of place in the room during recruitment. I felt so comfortable being myself and opening up, and I loved how goofy and genuine everyone was. I’m especially grateful that Chi O brought me and Jayden together. She has been such a big part of helping me get out of my dorm, come out of my shell, and truly enjoy college. She’s become my home away from home, and I feel the same way about Chi O. There is always something to do, which is good for me because I like to stay busy! I’m so grateful for the memories, friendships, and people that have made this new chapter feel a little more like home.” - Kaleigh

“Joining Chi Omega has already given me so much more than I ever expected. I went through recruitment hoping to find my place, meet new people, and make some memories, but I never imagined I would find people who would become such a big part of my life so quickly.

One of the biggest blessings has been meeting Kaleigh and getting to call her my best friend. It’s crazy to think we didn’t know each other before recruitment, and now I genuinely can’t imagine starting college without her. Some friendships just happen so naturally, and I’m so thankful ours did.

I’m so grateful for every person who has made me feel welcomed, loved, and like I belong. These first few weeks have already given me memories I’ll never forget, and I know this is only the beginning. I’m so thankful for the way everything worked out and for the friendships I’ve found along the way.
