two reps of pulse ‘26

working on applying various technique comments and developing greater sound quality

both reps have their own unique strengths, flaws, and errors

above all these were best two reps i could get from 3 hours straight of recording this

my hands are dead

Egg Reverie - Sonic Mania X Marching Snare

Project by @corbdrum and I

Track Name: Egg Reverie by @teelopes

had a blast writing this together. Egg Reverie is a masterpiece and we just had to see it thrive in this format.

expect more licks from the two of us in the future 💡

NCPA Finals @ Adventist Health Arena in Stockton (4/11/26)

—

huge thank you to @nathanmaxpics and @josephkhalifaphoto for all these dope photos

so happy to leave my first PIO season with no regrets. we had an amazing run and it was super fun hangin’ with all the ssmb goats right after.

i really do owe a massive thank you to everyone within the program for always accepting, including, and supporting me. you’re all truly a core part of me that i wouldn’t trade for the world.

i’m also delighted to say that i’ve had an adverse effect on all your guys’ vocabulary simply through your exposure to me. you’re welcome.

thank you ssi, and thank you sacramento state in general for making this new and uncertain period in my life so damn exciting.

Bluecoats 22’ Opener Chunk (7/29/25)
bg video recorded by @drumcorpscoffeeshop

-

this wasn’t my best rep ever lol. i played the rim click incorrectly in the middle of the rep (hit it from the side instead of a straight downstroke) and just overall i could be cleaner and interpret the rhythms more accurately.

above everything though, i do choose to give myself some slack, as i literally played this with a mouth full of cotton after getting my wisdom teeth removed this morning. lol.

i just wanted to post it cause i learned it really quick last night and its def. one of my favorite moments in any dci show. hope you enjoyed.

Mario Kart • Rhythm X 25’ Snare Break (5/30/25)

-

it’s insane to me that it’s already the end of the year

i’ve definitely grown as a musician in countless ways but there’s hundreds of more things i can do to get better

this rep wasn’t the greatest but honestly i just wanted something to post for graduation day 🙏 can’t believe it’s finally coming to a close

as with most stuff i’ll rerecord and post with the recording once i get it completely in my hands
