Went out to Cary, North Carolina for some USA Baseball.. but it ended up being much more than just a baseball trip.
I’m a California homer, don’t get out much, and if I do it’s to the big cities in the US.. but the last couple of summers have taken me to some pretty cool spots in Georgia, North Carolina and Florida. We found some really amazing small towns out there I didn’t realize existed. I gotta get out more..America the beautiful for sure!!🇺🇸
We also got to check out UNC, NC State and Duke while there, love’ed em all in different ways…

….and then the baseball! The USA Baseball Training Coplex in Cary is next level, if ya haven’t been, go!
Graysons South Stripes team made it all the way to the championship game where he got the ball to start against all his buddies on the SouthWest Stars team.. The Stars ended up walking it off in bottom of the 7th for a 1-0 win. Pitchers dual the entire game, fun to watch some really good baseball.. these boys are going to be playing this game for a long time!! Tons of talent!!
Thanks North Carolina… we’ll be back.

Love you Grayson, thanks for the good times👊🏼
