It’s almost that time again ✨ The return of the tiniest, most magical visitors… and I can’t wait. Here’s a step by step DIY NECTAR for you be ready! Don’t hesitate to share:
1. Mix
Combine 1 cup white sugar with 4 cups water (this mimics natural flower nectar).

2. Boil
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil for 1–2 minutes to dissolve the sugar and kill bacteria.

3. Cool
Let it cool completely before pouring (important so you don’t harm the birds).

4. Fill & Refresh
Pour into a clean feeder and change every 2–3 days (more often in hot weather). by @chirpingchasers

I was enjoying a peaceful autumn walk when this beautiful night heron landed nearby, allowing me to admire its beauty up close. After a few magical minutes, it continued on its way. Such a beautiful and unexpected encounter. 🤎 by @chirpingchasers

When a wild creature stops to drink, eat or rest near your home, remember how precious that moment is.
