Still feeling so inspired after the second annual “I Cook For” Benefit hosted by Chicago Chefs Cook 🤍

The evening brought together an incredible community of chefs, restaurateurs, and changemakers—using food as a force for something bigger. From thoughtfully crafted dishes and cocktails to meaningful conversations, every moment reflected the power of this industry to show up, give back, and lead with purpose.

More than a fundraiser, this night highlighted the impact of coming together—for immigration, food access, sustainability, children’s health, and women’s leadership in the culinary world.

Grateful to have been part of something so meaningful. ✨

That’s a wrap on the Chicago Venture Summit: Future of Food! 🌱🚀

What an inspiring day for Chicago’s food innovation economy. With 700+ participants from 21 states and 16 countries, this summit brought together founders, investors, and leaders all committed to shaping the future of food, sustainability, and technology.

💬 Our founder, Disha, took the stage to champion emerging culinary creators and the importance of elevating diverse food voices.

🎁 We also had the privilege of introducing 500+ curated product bags, spotlighting the next generation of culinary innovators and brands to watch.

Chicago is proving once again that it’s not just a food capital — it’s the launchpad for bold ideas and collaboration.

This week’s guest is a huge reason why #ThePerfectBite exists today. Disha Gulati gave me the opportunity to join @hereheremkt a few years ago, and my love of working with F&B brands has grown ever since. 💛

Here Here Market now sells over 900 SKUS from over 300 chefs and food creators on its platform—an amazing feat from a pivot that took place in March 2020 from a group dining solution, to helping restaurants and chef creators diversify their revenue streams when they couldn’t cook for folks in person.

One of the incredible partnerships Here Here Market built was with the iconic @beardfoundation. We chat through how HHM creatively showed off James Beard award winners to the industry’s star-studded peers, and a few of our VERY funny celebrity moments at the awards over the years! Did you catch us at the Taste of Innovation last night? A huge thank you to @chicago_innovation and @chicagoshakes for hosting #HereHereMarket! Our CEO @chitown_disha discussed industry trends with other Chicago food leaders, and even revealed what she couldn’t live without on a desert island! The answer? Wine 😂

Thank you so much to the creators who helped put together the amazing 350 gift bags that went home with attendees! There was even a special Wheel of Fortune on the bags for extra prizes!
