Monoprinting through a screenmesh can be an act of controlled release, where intention meets the unknown. I love the spontaneity of how some textures blur, others break and overlap and forms emerge in unexpected ways. I find there is a quiet alchemy in monoprint, where accidents can become revelations and chance underpins the spirit of this process. Here Iโ€™m using a concertina sketchbook, for a collaborative adventure in our wonderful @spikeprintstudio . All are welcome to add to these pages in anyway you see fit. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒบ ๐ŸŒธ ๐ŸŒธ #monoprint #painting #collaborativeart #expansive #purefun #art #exploration #lessonsinlettinggo #revelatory #connection #source taken in Spike Print Studio by @chitra_merchant

I had these wooden discs which were meant to be a gift to a friend who is learning carpentry. Somehow all this paint landed on them instead! ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜… #cantstopmyself #exploring #painting #ecology #savesoil by @chitra_merchant
