Microma „Bladerunner“ Chronograph 1977/78, die schwarze wurde 1982 vom Helden Decker (Harrison Ford) im Film Bladerunner getragen. In dieser Zeit ab 1977 waren digitale Armbanduhren silber oder gold und schwarz stand für die Dystopie von 2019. Nun haben wir 2026 und der Globus brennt, doch schwarze Uhren sind Kult.

Casio Wave Ceptor, this is not real „Vintage“, but twenty years old.
I think it is a good example for the evolution to a mass market with good functionality: always the precision time at your hand, easy to read.
Nowadays some may need multiband 6 where China is the sixth region.

Seiko S229-5000
Pulsemeter, für 1981 schon richtig frühe „Health“ Watch. Funktioniert. Rote Version bekannt durch Freddy Mercury.

Zenith Futur, 1976. Digital date and seconds (LED).
This watch is known for it‘s quality and some strange setting procedures - remember, this is the beginnig of the marriage of ana and digi with tradional ana (see the Omega Montreal in comparison).
But the most interesting for me is the history of ups and downs.
1969 first automatic chrongraph of the world.
Then bought by the US Electronic Giant Zentith (Mostly TVs i think). Some years later the US mother decided to end the mechanic production, some people had to rescue the equipment. And 1978 Zenith US sold Zenith CH (Le Locle). Now they are part of LVMH and again, this history is widely unknown.#vintagedigitalwatches #digitalwatches by @chkappes

Tissot Research, 1975/76.
Men‘s (left) and ladies.
Very rare. Only one of them still working. Three some special treatment bei Doc Wenzig, hope he can help.
He lives nearby and sometimes, if I bring two premium pastry cakes to him, I can eat the third.
