Blue Lake has to be one of the most incredible alpine lakes in the North Cascades 🏔️🍂 Especially when the larches turn gold!

🥾 Trail tips: 4.6 miles • 900 ft elevation gain • Get there early, stay on trail, pack the 10 Essentials, and Leave No Trace.

Maple Pass has to be one of the most stunning hikes that I’ve done, especially during larch season 🍂🏔️
The Heather–Maple Pass Loop is about 6.8 miles round trip with 2,200 feet of elevation gain, with alpine views, Lake Ann, and golden larches all along the way. always carry the 10 essentials, follow leave no trace and be prepared for changing mountain weather.
