happy neda week!
I was debating even making this post to start with. however, I decided I want to spread the message! for those who don’t know, I struggled with an eating disorder for many years. in early 2022 I was admitted to an eating disorder program; which at the time I hated the idea of, but I am now so grateful that I did.
since then, my journey has had many ups and downs. but, I have to remember that nobody is perfect and it isn’t going to always be an uphill battle. I’ve now been able to finally enjoy my life again. I am so thankful for everyone who helped me along my journey and stuck by my side.
to any person who may be struggling with this; just know that it does get better, even if it may not seem like it and recovery is very worth it! you are beautiful just the way that God created you! also, if you ever need someone to talk to, im here! 💙💚 by @chloe.roane
