Maybe losing control isn’t always about falling apart.
Sometimes it’s about surrendering what I was never meant to carry 🤍

It’s all because of you…🤍
Bachata has only been a part of my life for a little over a year now, and it’s been such a sweet journey so far. I feel like I’ve grown and learned so much, along with having some beautiful opportunities and meeting some amazing people along the way. If I met you during this time, you know who you are. Thank you 🫶🏽
—
So here’s a little something different: a bachata combo choreographed by yours truly 💃🏽
—
I’m nowhere near a pro when it comes to bachata (LOL), but I’m having fun while doing it, and that matters. I still have a long way to go, but hey…it’s a start 😊
—
Thankful for the journey, the lessons, the people, and all the little moments that have made it what it is so far 🤍

This is the beautiful contemporary combo that I learned at the @worshipwerk class. To be able to dance like this again felt so, so good. My heart was so happy and full 🤍

I’m so thankful to God for giving me a body that can move like this, for allowing me to worship Him through movement, and for the opportunity to dance alongside these amazing souls. After so many years of not taking a contemporary class myself, stepping outside of my comfort zone and getting to experience this again was truly so special.

To have the opportunity to be a part of this is a moment I’ll cherish forever. Thank You Jesus 🤍

As if today couldn’t have been more amazing! 🥹✨ Honestly, today has been one of the highlights of my year 🤍

Being able to take both Contemporary and Hip-Hop with @lizbezler and @worshipwerk was truly incredible. My heart, soul, and spirit genuinely needed this experience. There’s something so special about being able to worship God through movement, step outside of my comfort zone, and simply dance from a place of joy again 🙏🏽💃🏽

A huge thank you to Liz and her two amazing assistants @delanabensonn and @called.nugget for coming to St. Louis and teaching these classes! Thank you for pouring into us and creating such a beautiful space to learn, worship, and grow. God bless you all, and I’m praying for continued strength, favor, and covering as you continue on your tour ❤️

I also had the opportunity to meet some truly amazing people through these classes, and I’m so grateful our paths crossed. I can’t wait for the day we get to worship God through dance together again 🥰

Oh, and by the way—this is Liz’s NEW song playing in the background! 🎶✨ Go stream it, show her some love, and support what God is doing through her! ❤️🙌🏽

So, here are a few pictures from today! And don’t worry—I’ll be sharing some videos from the classes too, so stay tuned! 👀💃🏽

What a beautiful day. What a beautiful reminder of why I dance 🤍 by @chloe.thigpen
