Since it is close to the end of suicide prevention month and other people have shared, I was really scared but I decided to share my story💜

When I was a kid I was just known as “bubbly” and “funny” but was “too quiet” for people to hear me. At 13 I had to go through about 4 rounds of testing in a medical center to find out I was diagnosed with anxiety, dyslexia, and ADHD.

Throughout school I always hated myself because people would just leave right when I needed them, I always gave people everything from me but I never got that part back. I always thought how I would just not be a burden anymore if I just did it. But every time I tried i am reminded of my faith. I am so blessed to be here today. I am so grateful for all the people I have in my life who have seen past my scars on my arms from 8th grade to the people I met this year. I am especially grateful I am here because I get to start following my dream of working with kids, I have such a passion for youth education and caring about students who are going through what I did at a young age and I want them to know that they are not alone!

I have lost too many people recently and I believe that this should not just be talked about in just September but all year. Because there are so many people in this world who are struggling and they need our help. If you ever need someone to talk to I am always available and a great resource is 988 which is the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, it is always available and I want you to know that you are so loved and appreciated.🤟 by @chloe2root
