Your sign to start making homemade vanilla extract for Christmas gifts 🎄🤎

All you need:
2–3 vanilla beans
4 oz vodka
Glass bottle

Slice the beans, add to your bottle, cover with vodka, and seal! Store in a cool, dark place for at least 6-8 weeks, but the longer the better!

My Fall baking series: 🎃 PUMPKIN STREUSEL MUFFINS🍁 These are soft, fluffy, easy and piled HIGH with streusel.

MUFFINS:
1 cup (240g) pumpkin purée
2 large eggs
½ cup (100g) sugar
½ cup (110g) brown sugar
½ cup (120ml) neutral oil
¼ cup (60ml) milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp kosher salt

STREUSEL:
¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (110g) brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
5 tbsp (70g) melted butter

Mix the streusel ingredients until chunky crumbs form.

Whisk the dry muffin ingredients together in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Fold the wet into the dry JUST until combined. Don’t overmix!

🔥 Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then WITHOUT opening the oven, reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake another 10ish minutes.

Save this one for fall baking! 🎃🍂🤎
