it’s so crazy to look back and see all the progress I’ve made. Most of it was done in the first 2 years , but the gym is something that really made me who I am. I went from 108-148lbs at 5’8 , and I genuinely couldn’t be more proud of myself. I’m not exactly where I want to be yet, but I know I’m healthy and on the right track. If my platform somehow gets bigger someday I want to help people with their journey because the mental state where I was before I started working out was not where anyone’s should be, and getting started is the hardest part. If anyone ever needs help feel free to reach out 🫶🏼 #gymgirl #weightgain #muscle taken in Houston, Texas by @chloeliftshtx
