POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Excited to officially announce the launch of Mattison Capital — a boutique capital advisory and consulting platform focused on capital raising, investor relations, business development, and growth strategy.

Over the past several years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors and experiences through Florida State University, Georgetown University, AmTrust Financial Services, Newgard Development Group, and the people who have supported me along the way.

Entrepreneurship has always been deeply personal to me. My grandfather co-founded Gerard Klauer Mattison (GKM) and sold the investment bank to Bank of Montreal in 2003, and my father launched his first hedge fund at 26. Now at 23, I’m proud to take the leap and build my first company.

Excited for what’s ahead. Grateful for everyone who has supported me so far. by @chloemattison_

CondoVerse 2026 made one thing clear: South Florida real estate is still one of the strongest growth stories in the country-but this next cycle will reward precision, not just momentum.

A few standout takeaways:
• Jorge Pérez set the tone with a sharp reminder of Miami’s long-term staying power.
• David Martin said it best: the next cycle won’t reward who built the most, but who built the smartest.
• Jesse Ottley reinforced what is actually converting today: buyer confidence, psychology, and product-market fit still drive absorption.
• The fireside with Mayor Eileen Higgins and Jorge Pérez made one thing clear-Live Local may be one of the most important policy tools in Florida today.
• “Branded Luxury That Converts” confirmed branding is no longer just marketing-it is underwriting, absorption strategy, and long-term value creation.
• One of my favorite conversations was on Vertical’s Elle Residences in Edgewater-one of the most thoughtful branded condo concepts in Miami, with groundbreaking this December.

Biggest takeaway: demand is still here, capital is still available for strong sponsorship, and the next winners in South Florida won’t be the groups that build the most-they’ll be the ones that build the smartest. taken in Miami, Florida by @chloemattison_
