October Bendy B*tches - we’re taking the flexibility you already have and exploring rotation, asymmetry and some pretzel-y shapes 🥨

I LOVE weird shapes and I think it’s the best way to make your moves on the pole more unique and dimensional☺️

Twisted backbends + split variations all month at Bendy B*tches LETS GAUR

📆 Every Thursday at 6:00pm Sydney time · 75 mins
🎥 Class recording available for 7 days
