This was day 2’s tour. We went on the volcano tour. We thought we were going into a cave, but the guide told us we were actually standing on a massive volcano that erupted years ago and helped form the beautiful island of Saint Lucia into what it is today. Seeing the Pitons Management Area in person and learning the history behind it made the experience even crazier. The Pitons were formed by volcanic activity thousands of years ago and now stand as one of the most beautiful and recognized landmarks in the Caribbean. Knowing these mountains rose from the earth through eruptions and are now considered a World Heritage Site really puts into perspective how amazing God’s creation truly is. 🌎. by @cho7.en

Today I officially graduated, and honestly this moment means more to me than words can explain. There were days I doubted myself, felt pressure, stress, and moments where I wanted to give up, but God kept me going every step of the way. Walking across that stage wasn’t just for me, it was for my family, loved ones, and everybody who believed in me and supported me through it all.

I’m thankful for every lesson, memory, friendship, teammate, teacher, and obstacle that helped shape me into the young man I am today. Coming from a small school and small town, I always dreamed bigger, and this is only the beginning.

To my family, thank you for the sacrifices, love, support, and prayers. I carry y’all with me in everything I do. To the ones no longer here physically but watching over me, this is for y’all too. LLMGDJ🕊️ LLMGJM🕊️

And LLM🕊️… graduating today hurts knowing you should still be here with us. Your presence, energy, and memories meant more than words can explain. Seeing everybody walk across that stage made your absence even heavier because I know you were supposed to be there too. You’ll never be forgotten by me or the people who truly loved you. Your name and memories will live with us forever.

Class of 2026, we made it. These memories will stay with us forever no matter where life takes us.

Most importantly, thank You God. None of this would’ve been possible without You. ❤️🎓 taken in University Charter School by @cho7.en

First and foremost, my thoughts, prayers, and condolences go out to the Shields family, Malik and Tez my heart goes out to you cause this is a tough loss and one I was thinking of all night and this morning 😞. Lord, I pray You keep them together and protect them from all hurt, harm, and danger during this difficult time.

I’ve been grieving hard over this, Malachi. Some people may have looked at you as just a normal person, but to me you were family. Family doesn’t always have to be blood related. It’s the people you love, respect, and care about through the good and the bad.

You were funny, strong, real, and always looked out for me. I’ve known you since 5th grade when UCS first started becoming a school. I remember all the late nights on the game with you, Malik, Zaidan, and Antonio playing Fortnite and 2K. You were my weight room buddy too. We always used to brag about how strong we were compared to everybody else in the weight room.

Not only that, I got the opportunity to play football with you. We stayed texting back and forth on Snapchat, and I was planning on seeing you graduate and walk across that stage. It hurts knowing I won’t get to see that happen.

I promise to keep every memory I have of you alive and cherish them forever until my last breath on this earth because you were important to me and so many others. Rest easy Malachi. You will never be forgotten. 🕊️

Senior Awards Day, where do I even start. First and foremost, I give all glory and honor to God. None of this would’ve been possible without His grace, guidance, and favor over my life. Through every obstacle, lesson, setback, and victory, God never stopped carrying me.

Today meant more than awards and recognition. It’s a reminder that hard work, faith, sacrifice, and staying humble truly pay off. I’m thankful for my family, friends, teachers, and everyone who believed in me and pushed me to keep going even when things got tough.

I also want to honor my great grandfather Everett Jennings and my great grandmother Johnnie May. I know your love, prayers, wisdom, and legacy helped shape me into the young man I am today. I carry y’all with me in everything I do, and I hope I’m making y’all proud every step of the way. ❤️🕊️

From University Charter School to the next chapter at Alabama, this is only the beginning. Roll Tide ❤️🐘 #SeniorAwardsDay #ClassOf2026 #GodDid #LLMGDJ🕊️ #LLMGJM🕊️ taken in University Charter School by @cho7.en

Lord, today my heart feels heavy in a way words can barely capture. I stand between memories and grief, love and loss, 12 years ago and last Sunday. I laid my great-grandmother, Mrs. Johnnie Mae, to rest, surrounded by her children and family, wrapped in the love she poured into all of us. Seeing her laid to rest near those she loved reminded me how deep family roots go, even beyond this life. But, Lord, seeing the grave of her son, my great-grandfather Everett Jennings, brought back memories I’ve carried since I was six years old. Memories of watching him take his last breath. Memories of hearing “I love you” spoken with his final strength. Memories that never really leave; they just get quieter… until moments like this. Today, they spoke loudly again. My heart aches because I loved them both so deeply. I still love them. And loving this much means grieving this much. God, I ask You to hold me when the memories rush in. Cover my mind when the flashbacks come without warning. Remind me that what I witnessed was painful, but it was also love. Love at the end. Love that didn’t let go. Thank You for the life of my great-grandmother, her strength, her faith, her legacy. Thank You for the love of my great-grandfather, whose last words still echo in my heart. Though I hurt, I trust that they are now at peace, reunited, resting safely in Your presence. Help me carry this grief without letting it crush me. Help me remember without breaking. And when I feel weak, be my strength. When I feel overwhelmed, be my peace. When I feel lost, remind me I am still held. Amen. 🙏🏾

God, I thank You for this opportunity to worship You, give You glory, and receive the Word You had Bryce Crawford share with Your people. I’m grateful for how You speak through others to encourage, correct, and strengthen us right where we are. Thank You for blessing me with a friend like Jesse you know his heart, because You’re the One who shaped it. I ask that You keep him in Your hands, cover him with Your peace, and continue to bless Jesse and his family. Keep them in good spirits, strong in faith, and surrounded by Your love. Above all, let everything we do bring honor back to You.” ✝️🛐 by @cho7.en

Heavenly Father, Today I come to You with a heavy heart as we lay to rest my great-grandmother, Mrs. Johnnie May. One hundred years of life filled with memories, strength, lessons, and love that shaped generations after hers. Lord, this loss reopened a place in my heart I thought time had healed. I was thankful and grateful she’d been alive before she passed; it brought me back to when I was six years old, when I lost my grandfather, her son, on my birthday - a moment that changed my life forever. The feelings came rushing back: the memories, the pain, the confusion. Grief doesn’t always knock; it just shows up and reminds you of what you’ve survived. God, I won’t pretend I’m strong right now. This loss triggered old wounds and fear, and some days it feels like my heart is still that six-year-old trying to understand why goodbye came so soon. But even in the pain, I thank You for the gift of 100 years we had with her. Thank You for letting me witness a life that long, a legacy that deep. I find peace knowing she is no longer tired, no longer hurting, and that she is reunited with her son, the one I lost too soon. That thought brings comfort when my mind won’t rest. I ask You to cover my heart, calm my thoughts, and help me heal from grief, both old and new. Let her life continue to live through us. Let her love remind us to hold each other closer. And when the memories feel heavy, remind me that love never leaves; it just changes form. Rest easy, Great Grandma. You are loved beyond words, and your legacy will never be forgotten 🤍🙏🏾😭🕊️ by @cho7.en

First and foremost, AGTG ✝️🛐 because without Him, there is no me. God blessed me to be a part of this team from the moment it first became a football program when I was in 7th grade, all the way to my senior year. I hate that we lost in the second round, but one thing I can say with my whole heart is that we improved, we grew, and we came a long way.

Every year I pushed myself to be better, to grow, and to mature and by the grace of God, I did that. God knew exactly what He wanted me to do for this team: pray over them, encourage them, speak life and not death, be positive and not negative. From praying before games to uplifting my brothers in the locker room, that was part of my purpose.

What God placed in me wasn’t just about being a football player it was about being a light. About letting God get the glory when it’s all said and done. I’m not worried about who doesn’t like me or who doubts me, because God created me to love others as they are, not judge them. I’m proud of my teammates, proud of the men they’ve become, and I love each one of them for who they are on and off the field.

My legacy isn’t just in the stats but I’m thankful for them. Being the leading rusher since my freshman year is a blessing I don’t take lightly. But the true legacy I pray I’m leaving behind is one of humility, faith, leadership, and love. Not ego. Not pride. Just the purpose God placed in me from the beginning.

To my brothers: thank you for trusting me, fighting beside me, and letting me grow with y’all. This journey was bigger than football. It was God’s plan. And I’m grateful He chose me to walk it with you.

AGTG forever. 🙏🏾✝️🛐
