2 years ago I would’ve choked at the thought of running more than 10 minutes.
1 year ago I ran my first half marathon in Paris — it was rough, and I told myself fuck that, never again.
Less than 6 months ago I ran my second half in Bangkok — it was alright, but still… fuck running anything longer than that.

Then a little over a month ago I got offered a bib for the Paris Marathon. First time ever running with a proper bib… so I thought, why not.

Trained for 2 weeks, got injured.
A week later, had a bike crash that could’ve easily ended everything.

Still got back up, recovered, and with little to no training… I gave it a shot.
And well — fuck it, I did it.

So yeah, where to even start with the thanks:

thanks @x.rocco for getting me into running fr
thanks @lewis_clr for keeping me involved and motivated
thanks @kodjcity @runtheboroughs @generation.works for always supporting me, providing a loving community and putting me onto the coolest opportunities
thanks @chriiiiissh @newbalancerunning for always gearing me up beyond expectations
thanks to the rest of the team for always bringing the real energy needed
and thanks to my dad who phoned me 14387 times during the race to tell me pace down but keep it going.

endless love to all my friends and family who somehow always manage to believe in me

peace ♥️
