Back to the grind — the work needs to be done. ✅

After two months away from the gym, I started running and got involved with some running communities in Lagos. Along the way, I’ve met new people who’ve shaped my life in one way or another.

Today, I’ve decided to get back to work and chase every goal I’ve set for this new chapter of my life.

I’m genuinely blessed to be able to dedicate myself and my craft to the world, just to show that there are no limits in life.

If you want to achieve something, go for it. Put the work in, stay consistent, and believe in yourself.

There are no limits 🇬🇧🇳🇬

Chasing dreams in memory of my brother, K9, who aspired to be a hybrid athlete but left us too soon. This journey isn't just about results; it's about honoring him. Thanks to @myracetimeapp and @thetrailblazers.ng for the platform to fulfill his dreams. Every reward is for him. It's been a meaningful ride, and I'm grateful for the chance to keep his spirit alive. Follow me @choicemadethis and join the journey. 🏃‍♂️✨ #InMemory #HybridAthlete #DreamChaser #independenceday #fitness by @choicemadethis

LOCK IN WITH ME. IT'S TIME TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE. 🏋🏾‍♂️

I'm looking for people who are ready to get in shape, build strength, improve their fitness, and become a better version of themselves.

Let me make one thing clear: I'm not a certified personal trainer, and I'm not claiming to be a fitness coach. I'm just a guy who's putting in the work, learning, growing, and documenting the journey in real time.

So why should you listen to me? 👇🏾

Because I'm not here to sell you a fake transformation or pretend I've got everything figured out. I'm here to share what I'm learning, show you what consistency looks like, and help put you through as we work towards our fitness goals together.

Whether you're skinny and trying to build muscle 💪🏾, looking to get leaner, or ready to start running and lifting weights, there's room for you here.

You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to know everything. You just need to be willing to start and stay consistent.

We're building discipline, strength, endurance, and confidence—one workout and one run at a time.

And remember, the job's not done yet. 🤝🏾

📌 INTERESTED IN LOCKING IN?

If you're serious about starting your fitness journey with me, hit the link in my bio, fill out my Google Form, and tell me about your goals.

Let's see where this journey takes us. No shortcuts. No fake promises. Just real work.

WELCOME TO THE MOVEMENT. 🖤

Happy birthday to me If you don’t know me by now, swipe and find out about the man behind the page, this is my story.

In my teenage years, I chose to neglect my health, I dropped out of college, and chose to chase money. My health was never a priority, money was. This led me to being in certain situations, almost losing my life in pursuit of a identity that wasn’t really me.

A natural born leader, I needed to find an outlet to channel my energy into.

In my early 20s, my personality carried me through, but my physique was always something I wanted to change.

In 2026, I made an effort to try gym for the first time, going through the motions, gaining confidence about it

In 2026, I finally bit the bullet, got almost 13kg ) and done a photoshoot. This taught me a-lot about discipline, my own work ethic, and met brothers along the way, like minded individuals on the same mission as me.

Enjoyed the fruits of my labour, 2026 went on holiday as lean as I’ve ever been and with more confidence to match my strong personality that carried me through all these years…. BUT

There was more, I knew I could turn it up a notch, I was balancing the lifestyle and training and my career, but decided to dive head first and really dial in.

I did my first ever ULTRA marathon Race with @myracetimeapp and @thetrailblazers.ng running 66km for celebrating
2026, calculating my macros, calories and staying consistent in the gaining phase.

2026, my physique to date, an Elite level look achieved NATURALLY after my first proper Bulk.

Travelled some states doing doing what I love.

Gaining clients to help them also get into shape and reclaim their confidence and sense of self worth.

Now i’m here to help you! I’ve juggled my busy career and getting into ELITE shape naturally, its do able, structure and guidance is what you need.
