ISAMI BJJ BLACK BELT PREMIUM: Which model is right for you?

➡️ F-450 has a broken-in feel and is easy to tie. This is a slim belt with a stiff core. When this belt starts to fray, the white inner core will show.

➡️ F-742 feels hard and sturdy around the waist. This is a standard thickness belt with a stiff core. When this belt starts to fray, the black inner core will show.

➡️ F-700 is the thickest and hardest of all our belts, so it takes longer to "break" than other belts. When this belt starts to fray, the white inner core will show.

➡️ F-910 is wrapped in a textured fabric that will fray faster than other belts to show its red core. This is a standard thickness belt with a stiff core.

刺し子 (sashiko) — the stitch that built the martial arts gi.

Born in Edo-era Japan. Carried into the judogi in 1918. Still woven into every Isami gi jacket made in Japan today.

Reversal took that same pattern beyond the dojo — hoodie, sweatpants, running shorts. Limited edition. No restock.
