as someone who came back to dance in adulthood after a 6 year break, DO IT!! dance is seriously one of the best and most expressive art forms. there is nothing better than when you show up for YOU. it doesn’t matter if you’re perfect, or you miss a step, you do it be cause it FEELS good🩰🪩

i’m missing my adult tap classes so much right now!! i can’t wait for fall session to be here so i can get back to boogieing 🕺

what an enchanted time at Great Lakes Medieval Tournament & Faire 2026.

for only their 2nd year, they showed up and showed out! a beautiful setting, this faire took place on a campground in the woods, and truly felt so immersive.

⚔️ live fights, fight demos, and training!
🧜‍♀️ a fresh water mermaid
✨ live cast set in the 1400’s
🏰 a stunning setting, including a tavern, viking camps, and knight posts
🧺 vendors galore! all spread throughout the woods
🐎 horses and cattle for viewing
🦅 bird shows!

i would recommend this faire to everyone I meet! it was 34 degrees out, but the shade and breeze from the woods made it an enjoyable experience.

check it out next year! 🫧
