pick & mix your dream box or go all in on the brookies

also a quick psa: after this drop we’re taking a little break to rest, recharge and eat our way through asia! dw we’ll be back before you know it, with fresh inspiration and new flavours and in time for halloween 🎃

introducing our choc crinkle brooki - i mean brookie 😅 totally different thing, carry on

rich dark chocolate, a fudgy centre that hits different, crinkle top for the drama and sea salt to tie it all together

formerly our best kept off menu secret and now available to our choo crew because some things are too good to keep to ourselves!

fair warning though, this one is a labour of love and we can’t promise it’ll make every drop 🥲 get it while you can!

you guys, it’s officially been six months since we launched choo!! 🥳

to every single person who has placed an order, shared a box of cookies with loved ones, slid into our dms, tagged a friend, or simply just shown up for us: thank you! genuinely, from the bottom of our very buttery hearts 🤎

we started this as a little dream, not knowing where it would go, and you all showed up and made it something real 🥹 the late nights and early mornings hit different when you know there are people out there who actually care about what you’re making. that’s not something we take for granted ever 🫶🏼

building this choo crew community has been the most unexpected and most rewarding part of this whole journey, and it’s the exact thing that makes us want to keep going, keep experimenting and keep showing up for you with more flavours, more good vibes, more cookies - always ⚡️

here’s to the next six months (and more). promise we have big ideas for what will come next!

we asked ourselves - what if a lemon meringue pie was a cookie??? and then we spent a slow weekend answering that question and honestly we should have done this sooner (i keep reaching for more of this one!)

zesty lemon base, white couverture chocolate and homemade french meringue bits that add the most delightful little crunch. bright, a little tangy, sweet where it counts

exactly the kind of flavour our lineup has been missing - a little sunshiney recipe with the kind of flavour that catches you off guard in the best possible way ☀️

coming to the choo lineup in september! drop a 🍋 in the comments if you’re excited 😄

odysseus spent 10 years trying to get home. we spent the weekend baking and we think our journey was equally as dramatic (especially with all those extra cookies) 😜

the august lineup is here and much like nolan’s odyssey, it’s got an all star cast — two stuffed churros, the returning classics and coconut macadamia caramilk back where it belongs

🎡 churro & dulce de leche
🍫 churro & nutella — requested by you!
🍞 jam & toast
🥥 coconut, macadamia & caramilk
🧈 brown butter, toffee & dark choc
💛 miso, soy toffee & white choc
🥛 milk & cookies
🍃 choc mint

pick & mix your dream box, as always. zero rules, just your cookie favourites!

preorders open tomorrow wed 29th july at 8pm — reminder, one window only this august so don’t sit on it!
🍪 deliveries + pick ups sat 8 aug
🍪 limited pick ups sun 9 aug

happy choo-sing, choo crew ✌🏼
