I’m Danielle and I’m an Addict. My clean date is 3/31/2022. I’m very thankful to be where I am today and not where I was 7 months ago. I’m thankful to be active in my boys' lives. I’m thankful for my recovery. I’m thankful for WARC, WRC and Seven Counties. I’m thankful for ChooseWell. I’m thankful for my sponsor. I’m thankful for my support group. I’m thankful that today I am finally learning who I truly am. I’m thankful for second chances. I’m thankful that today I am honest, dependable and trustworthy. I’m very thankful for the family that has had my back and stuck by my side during my recovery journey.

🦋 Employee Spotlight 🦋

Many of you already know Nisey, but we haven't given her an official introduction as our Family Recovery Specialist! 💚

"My name is Nisey and I'm an alcoholic. My sobriety date is October 6th, 2016, and I've been blessed to be involved with ChooseWell just as long. I'm a married mom of 2 handsome boys, Junior is 12 years old and Zaelynn is 6 years old. I'm a graduate of ChooseWell Communties. Early in recovery, it was the support of ChooseWell staff and my ChooseWell sisters that helped me remain sober while navigating the challenges of reunification with my children, who were in foster care at the time. I have been exactly where our participants are. I know all the struggles they face being a mom in early recovery, and I have remained clean and sober through it all. If I can do it, so can they! I am here to hold hope for them until they can hold hope for themselves. I am truly honored to be the Family Recovery Specialist at a place that has given my family and I so much." by @choosewellcommunities
