Why do we wait until we’re completely exhausted before giving ourselves permission to slow down?

We make time for work, responsibilities and everyone else’s needs, but somehow our own always end up at the bottom of the list.

Here’s your reminder: you don’t have to earn a little time for yourself. You deserve it simply because you’re you. 🤍

Sometimes the people who seem to have it all together are the ones who need a little extra love, too.

Being strong for everyone else doesn’t mean you don’t need support, reassurance or someone asking how you are.

A little reminder to check in on the people who always seem okay. And if you’re that person, remember you deserve care, too.

There will always be another email, another errand, another thing to do.

Take the shower. Step outside. Sit quietly for a minute. Taking care of yourself belongs on today’s list, too. 🤍

Save this for the days you need the reminder.
