Willow Fest Northwest 2025 complete! We had a fantastic time, the willow community here in the Northwest is strong, vibrant and growing! Great classes and such hard working enthusiastic students! Wonderful baskets made by all. We’re all excited to look ahead to the 2026 event, next July in Portland OR!

Day two: Everyone was rapt during the willow steaming demonstration. Teachers discussed various techniques, and we even learned about how to steam willow off the grid. The steamed willow smells sweet. We inhaled that unique and beautiful scent. The 3 groups then focused on the next steps of their own baskets. So intense and so much fun! by @chorvath8
