I have an announcement — and I am genuinely excited about this one. 🎉I will be speaking at the 2026 Leadership Redefined Conference in Houston, Texas — September 15–16.This is a conference for women who lead at the mid and senior-level and are done pretending the work is simpler than it is. The sessions on this stage are tackling things like: what AI is actually doing to how we make decisions. What it looks like to build power without a title. Why some of our most capable leaders keep hitting a wall and what that has to do with regulation, not ambition. What real accountability looks like when it coexists with real care. I am bringing my own piece of that conversation.I’m bringing a conversation about what it means to lead, perform, and expand in heavy times without abandoning yourself in the process. This is for the woman leader who knows she is called to the next level, but refuses to sacrifice her identity, well-being, or humanity to get there.Tickets start at $399.Come to Houston. Let’s be in this room together. ➡️ Register by clicking the link in the comments#LeadershipRedefined #RiseWholeLeadHuman #WomenLeadership #HoustonConference #Speaker by @chpf_firm

For many people, the story of Africa is still framed through the lens of charity. But what if we started viewing it through the lens of investment?Recently, I had the opportunity to join the @butfirstcoffee.et podcast with @keepin_it_ki_ya and @hawibussa in Ethiopia to discuss the work of the @ethiopiatrustfund and why our approach is unique. At EDTF, we believe sustainable development happens when we invest in people, communities, and systems. That means supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping build schools, partnering on healthcare initiatives, and creating pathways for long-term growth and opportunity. One of the things I love most about this work is that it challenges the narrative that development is about handouts. Instead, it’s about partnership, capacity building, and creating the conditions for communities to thrive. As someone who has spent my career helping organizations secure resources and build sustainable impact, it is incredibly meaningful to apply those skills to a continent that holds a special place in my heart.Africa is not a project to be saved. It is a place of innovation, resilience, talent, and possibility. And I am honored to play a small role in helping connect the global diaspora to opportunities that create lasting impact.Watch this clip and head over to YouTube for the full episode: (link also in my bio)#Ethiopia #Philanthropy #Fundraising #Investment #Africa by @chpf_firm

Sometimes the reason you feel exhausted isn’t because you’re incapable. It’s because you’re carrying things you were never meant to sustain long term.Pressure.Expectations.Overcommitment.Old narratives.Emotional weight.Performance without recovery.Even runners know:the heavier the load, the harder the race becomes. At some point, sustainability requires release. Not everything you carried into this season is meant to go with you into the next.📍KNOW Summit @theknowwomen 🎥 @stephdorworth by @chpf_firm

Runners hit the wall when they ignore the data their body is giving them.Leaders do the same thing.Fatigue.Irritability.Brain fog.Disconnection.Loss of clarity.Loss of capacity.Your body is always talking. The question is: are you listening before the crash forces you to?Because the cost of ignoring the data is always greater than slowing down long enough to recalibrate.📍KNOW Summit - Phoenix, AZ @theknowwomen 🎥: @stephdorworth by @chpf_firm

When I crossed the finish line of my first ultramarathon at the end of last year, I realized something powerful: finish lines don’t create strength — they reveal it.That insight didn’t come from the final mile markers or the medal around my neck. It came from thousands of steps taken in quiet hours — the miles I ran in early mornings, the days I showed up when no one was watching, the weeks of strategy, recovery, and reflection that had nothing to do with performance and everything to do with sustainability. My latest article is now live on @theknowwomen Insider (link bio).Because the truth is, visible wins are often carried by invisible practices. Endurance taught me that performance is only part of the story. Sustainability is the deeper work. This article is a reflection on the kind of strength that is built slowly, held quietly, and revealed only when the moment finally asks for it. by @chpf_firm

No one warns high achievers about the crash that comes after the win.I was recently featured on The High Achieving Female Podcast by @theknowwomen with @sarahbenkenfoushee talking about something I call: The Wall. And it doesn’t show up where most people expect. Many think “The Wall” happens during the grind. But for high performers? It often hits after the victory. You finish the race.Close the deal.Land the role.Hit the milestone. And then…You feel exhausted. Flat. Irritable. Unmotivated. Not because you’re weak.Because your fuel system is depleted.Burnout isn’t a character flaw. It’s a systems failure. As an endurance athlete, I learned this the hard way:You don’t crash because you’re incapable. You crash because you didn’t recalibrate and/or fuel properly. And leaders are no different. Most high-achieving women manage time.Few protect capacity. And capacity is what sustains the long-game.In this short podcast conversation, I break it down.If you’ve ever: Won big but felt emptyHit a milestone and then hit a wall Wondered why success sometimes feels heavier than expectedThis is for you.🎙️ Listen at the link in bio. by @chpf_firm

What if the key to funding your mission, initiative or organization was also fueling yourself? From ‘Fatigue to Fuel’ wasn’t just a workshop—it was a dual reset for high-impact women leading mission-driven movements and organizations focused on the wellness of the individual and the entity. We gathered in Atlanta to:🔋 Recharge the woman behind the work💰 Reignite fundraising strategy for sustainabilityWe talked burnout and bottom lines. We practiced rest and mapped revenue. We gave women permission to be the well and fill the well.In a space full of vision, grit, and grace—we remembered:✔️ Wellness is a leadership strategy.✔️ Fundraising is fuel—not friction.✔️ Women deserve both peace and power.Thank you to the Women’s Foundation of the South @womensfdnsouth for providing this space to be seen, heard and build capacity! And much gratitude to Georgia STAND-UP @ga_standup Movement Center for offering its amazing facilities.WE HAD TIME IN ATLANTA!!! by @chpf_firm

2025 changed me.Not gently. Not quietly. But like a roller coaster that climbs slow, drops fast, twists without warning — and demands you to hold on, breathe deep, and trust the track beneath you. There were endings I didn’t expect.Doors that closed without notice.Plans that shifted mid-stride.People who exited.Opportunities that evolved. And moments I realized the life I imagined at the start of the year was not the one I was meant to finish with.It was a year of pivots and plot twists.Of grieving what I thought would be — and growing into what needed to be.But even through the loops and the drop-offs, I learned:✔️ How to change directions without losing myself.✔️ How to rest without quitting.✔️ How to recover and rebuild from the inside out — mind, body, spirit.✔️ How to begin again — not as who I was, but as who I became through it all.As I step into 2026, I carry gratitude for every elevation and every descent. Not because it was easy — but because it was formative.Transformational.Reshaping.Revealing.And here’s a sneak peek from my upcoming book set to release in 2026 on professional cheat codes for endurance and sustainability: Cheat Code — When the Finish Line Moves.Life doesn’t always take you where you planned.Sometimes goals shift, timelines stretch, and endings come early. Not to stop you — but to redirect you.A moving finish line isn’t failure… it’s formation. It’s proof you’re evolving in real time.I’m entering 2026 not just standing — but stronger. Not just hopeful — but anchored. Not just arriving — but Becoming. Here’s to change, resilience, and new start lines. 🥂2026 — let’s run. by @chpf_firm
