how do you make overthinking visible — both for the people who live with it and for those who don’t?

this project started as an attempt to bridge that gap: to create something that helps people feel what overthinking is like, rather than simply explain it. i thought about making a game, or maybe a wellness app, but ultimately, i wanted to build an experience: something you could explore, enjoy, and interpret, without feeling like you had to learn something from it

overthinking, like so many emotions, often gets dismissed as a complaint or “not a real problem.” my hope is that this project helps you see yourself a bit more clearly, or understand someone else’s experience a little better

thank you sooooo much to the 152 people who filled out my survey and the 6 who shared their stories and feedback. it wouldn’t have come together without you

i hope this resonates with someone the way creating it has for me. feedback (good or bad) is always welcome!
