It's very hard some days to watch the collapse of civilization in real time. I have so much to say on this. On everything.

This post is not that.

I'm releasing energy that is being held for people that are included in the set of willfully ignorant, stupid rich, white supremacist. None of them deserve that grace.

I am enforcing more boundaries about what information I am consuming and who I keep company with.

I am right on the edge of actually choosing a pretty cool path and then All. Of. This.

Even with things as they are, I'm going to find a way to be who I am. And that person will give you the grace you give him.

Tell me how you're feeling without telling me how you're feeling.

I get most of my serotonin from having conversations and hugging my tiny stuffed cow. Named Cow.

If you can relate, please share your coping mechanisms. Eventually, all of mine change and I need new ones. I would love to have some other ideas.
